About the Producers
Bill & Tracy Nicholson
Bill has spent his entire career as a cattle rancher. He grew up working closely with his grandfather, Will Warren and father, Bill Nicholson running cows, calves, and for a number of years, steers on the Morro Bay and Cayucos ranches. He met his future wife, Tracy at Morro Bay High school where Tracy was active in F.F.A., showing steers and involved in prepared public speaking. Bill and Tracy have 3 kids, Nicole, Chad, and Clint, son-in-law, Tom, and daughters-in-law, Christine and Brie who help with the family operation. They also have 4 grandchildren, Case, Caylee, Camryn, and Ford, who though young, are learning the ropes of what it takes to run the ranches. Bill is a member of the S.L.O. County and California State Cattlemen's Association. Tracy is the First Vice President of S.L.O. County Cattlewomen and the 2021 SLO County Cattlewoman of the Year.
